"I needed insurance to close a deal and struggled with some others that I was trying to get in touch with. Just making a call to try and hire someone was getting frustrating, like pulling teeth. The moment I called Tim's office, him and his team were ready to go. Tim even left the office to take photos of the property right after our call. Then, when my lender was delaying and couldn't get things in order, Ricky was again diligent and on the ball.
